****Give Yourself a Pedicure*****

1.Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes in a warm bath or foot tub.

2.Use a pumice stone, pedicure wand, or foot scrub to gently scrub the soles your feet and heels.

3.Scrub your toenails to remove any dirt under the nail.

4.Trim your toenails, cutting straight across to avoid an ingrown toenails.

5.Clean your feet by giving them a final rinse, pat dry.

6.use a cuticle cream on your toenails, and gently pus back your cuticles.

7.Use a thick rich cream, or petroleum jelly, and massage into your feet. Wrap your feet in plastic wrap, put on a pair of cotton socks.

8.Relax as your feet soak up the cream.At least 15-30 minutes is a must.

This is a good time to lie down and relax.

**I like to do this right before bed to sleep in the socks all night and wake up to silky, soft feet.
